Our Wednesday Night Dinner series continues with Pork Loin with Roasted Apple. The pork loin is brined and slow roasted with garlic an apple so it’s tender and juicy. Served with Braised Red Cabbage. The vegetarian add-on is Whole Roasted Cauliflower.
The dessert add on is Chess Pie
Serves 4.
The dinner includes wheat and dairy, and is prepared in a location where other allergens are present. Pre-orders are required.
Pick up at our shop, 103 Forest St., Montclair from 5-7pm. Our shop closes at 7pm, and we are not able to provide refunds for orders not picked up after closing.
