Our Chicken Chausser is a modern take on the French classic Hunter’s Stew. Braised chicken with a sauce made with Brandy and mushrooms and served with steamed potatoes. Optional veg add-on is String Beans with Roasted Garlic.
Optional dessert add-on is Tapioca Pudding.
Serves 4.

Dinners must be picked up at our shop 103 Forest St., Montclair. Orders not picked up prior to closing will not be refunded.
